Shriro Australia provides a (5) five-year conditional warranty for Casio Musical products in Australia from the date of original purchase. Please read the information below to assist you.

IMPORTANT!
In order to make a claim on your product warranty, your sales receipt must be presented as your proof of purchase. We recommend you staple your sales receipt to this warranty and store for future reference to avoid disappointment.

TERMS AND WARRANTY:
You may have rights implied by state or federal law. Nothing in the terms of this warranty is to be taken to exclude or modify statutory conditions or warranties, which the law does not allow us to exclude or modify.

WHAT IS COVERED:
For a period of (5) five years from date of purchase, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labor, provided a defect in materials and or workmanship has been verified.

To obtain these warranty services, please ship or return the product with a copy of your sales receipt that shows the date of purchase, to the store where purchased. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely using a transport method that confirms receipt by signature.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Consumer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair if:

The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
The problem is caused by fire or other natural calamity;
The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO authorised service centre;
The problem is caused by battery leakage, bending of the unit, broken display or keys;
The problem is caused by the use of other than the correct AC adaptor model type AD5;
The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service.
